Bus Stop to CBD - 4 min walk - 15 min Bus into CBD, Redfern Station, Waterloo Metro 10 mins. Coles, Aldi, Bottle Shop, Chemist 5 min Walk.
Moore Park Track/Centennial Parklands is a short 10 min walk/run away where you can run the loop, take in the sunshine, see the Geese and Horses when they are out and about.
Bills split evenly:
Monthly - Internet $90 - $45/each
Energy & Gas - Bi Monthly - Depends on month as it can vary but average of $200 per person for both gas and electricity.

If you have a car, we have a designated car spot in the building - I don’t have a car so it’s all yours 🙂

I’ve shared the place with my current housemate for the past 2.5 years, and she’s moving out due to a veterinarian placement outside of Sydney.
I love exploring Surry Hills for good coffee or vintage shopping, catching up with friends over dinner, and keeping things pretty relaxed at home during the week.
