Please note that I am in the process of purchasing the unit hence the April availability date. I am therefore unable to arrange inspections. The photos are as the unit is now and are just indicative of how it will look. I will be the only other occupant. I like to keep fit and cycle 2 or 3 times a week. I also use the gym and pool facilities at the nearby Parramatta Aquatic Centre. I like to watch English Premier League on TV and also a good movie or TV series. I enjoy meeting new people and am happy to socialise or leave you to do your own thing.
