I have a room available to sublet in Box Hill for 1 month from the start of February (can be flexible) with the view to continuing the lease with my flatmate Issy.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with oven, hob, fridge, kettle, toaster plus crockery etc. You have your own bathroom with large rainfall shower and sink.
There is a balcony with great views and also roof access with a gym available for use with cardio equiptment and fixed weight machines.
There’s a 109 tram stop outside the front door and loads of bus stops nearby. The train station is a 9 minute walk away with Belgrave and Lilydale lines taking you straight into the city. There’s also Coles and Woolies at the station and your surrounded by the most amazing restaurants.
